Patrick Bellot




Patrick Bellot received his Doctorat de Troisième cycle in 1983, his Doctorat d'Etat in Mathematics in 1986 from the University of Paris 6. He received the Best Young Researcher award from IBM and was then enrolled in the Paris Scientific Center of IBM in Paris where he were the Consulting Project Leader in charge of the development of IBM SAA AD/Cycle Prolog/2 Program Product. He received and Outstanding Technical Achievment Award from IBM Europe for the realization fo IBM Prolog/2 and the Technical Vitaly price from IBM France for his scientific publications. Since 1992, he is a first class professor at Telecom ParisTech, formerly known as Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications in Paris. In 2001-2003, Patrick Bellot was the Director of Studies of the Institut de la Francophonie pour l'Infromatique (IFI) in Hanoi. With Prof. Vu Duong and Prof. Marc Bui, he created the RIVF Conference.
