The 4th International Conference on Theories and Applications of Computer Science (ICTACS’11) aims to provide a platform for research scientists, engineers and practitioners in all areas of computer science to exchange their scholarly works.

Papers describing original work are invited in any of the areas listed below. Although the conference will not be organized this year, the five best papers of ICTACS’11 will be invited to be presented as a workshop joined in the APSEC 2011 conference (http://www.apsec2011.org/). The process of reviews and publication keep unchanged. After the blind review process, accepted papers will be published in the Proceedings of ICTACS’11 as as a special issue of The Journal of Science and Technology – Vietnamese Academy of Science and Technology. Acceptance will be based on quality, relevance and originality.
